Job Title: Lead Software Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Lead Software Developer to spearhead the
development and implementation of our supply chain software platform. The ideal candidate
will possess extensive experience in back-end frameworks, front-end development, and API
integration, coupled with a solid understanding of cloud service providers (CSP), with
preference given to AWS expertise. Additionally, strong presentation skills, and relevant
experience in supply chain management are highly desirable for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of our supply chain software platform, from
  conceptualization to deployment and beyond.
• Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure back-end systems using cutting-edge
  technologies and best practices.
•  Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces to enhance user experience and
  drive user engagement.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into our platform to extend
  functionality and optimize performance.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Utilize strong presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and
  project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
  professional growth within the team.
•  Leverage supply chain management expertise to understand industry-specific challenges
  and requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their
  potential impact on our product roadmap and technical architecture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
  field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on back-end
  frameworks, front-end development, and API integration.
• Extensive expertise in at least one back-end framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, Rails,
  .NET) and proficiency in related technologies (e.g., Express, Flask, Ruby on Rails).
• Strong command of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and
  modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API design, development, and
  documentation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud service providers, preferably AWS, including but not
  limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL), with experience in
  optimizing database performance and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex
  technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and
  concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a team
  to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
• Relevant experience or understanding of supply chain management processes and
  challenges is highly desirable.
